Will just a click on this link do or does it have to be a click on an article? Cos I could open tweet it, there's a fair chance folks'll just click out of curiousity if they're following open tweets.

A click on an article. The way it works is, Helium pays writers based on the generation of income for Helium from the advertising on the site. That's why only some sections qualify for up-front payments, the rest you just get paid a couple of cents per 100 page views.

I only have one follower on Twitter at the moment, but I guess if I look for you, I can post random article links that you could forward? I was doing that yesterday, planting specific article links on relevant web sites. :)

Ah well as you have an account, and have started following Stephen Fry - the best thing you can do is ask him to re-tweet your link. If he agrees then the best part of 300,000 folk will click just because he posted it. He regularly causes sites to crash due to oversubscription!
