--> Screen & Softlight (100% for both) -->

--> Burn 64% -->

--> Softlight 100% -->

--> Multiply 18% -->
5. Now it might get tricky. On the side tool bar there is a selection tool. click it. Now you have to change the selection shape to rounded rectangle. Make a small round rectangle. Make a new layer and fill inside the round rectangle:
6. Press ctrl+D.
7. Set that pink layer to screen:
8. Add font. I used violation, size 8, white. Done.
