I made myself a new journal layout. (If I could get some feedback on my layout, it would be appreciated). Well, I mean, it's pretty similar to my last one, which is the one Alicia freshskweezd made for me, but I changed the colours on the background, the colours on the journal table, I made the journal table a little wider, I changed the colours on the scroll

well, first of all, your layout is kinda...pink. that's all the more i'll let myself say about that. but very sharp-lookin anyway, i know i couldn'tve done it.

and of course, you're very welcome, it was nice to have that conversation with ya. and if that's all it takes to make ya feel better, then by all means don't hesitate to IM me again whenever ya feel like it. though i probly will have to go to bed sooner next time. :)
still terribly confused about my responsibility for your being too tired to work yesterday...but i should be able to live with the guilt as long as you go today. :P
but just so i'm a bit clearer on this...if you duke it out with Dawn and lose, and as a result can't go to work today...that's not my fault, right? just makin sure.

Haha. Yeah, it is a lot of pink and usually I don't like pink, but since the main colour in the graphic on the background of my journal is pink, I decided that it would look better if pink was the main colour throughout the entire layout. It probably would've looked nice with more black (instead of pink) as well, but the layout I had before was black and I was bored with that, so I decided to do something new

does look very sharp with the borders anyhow.

and yeah, i guess you're right, 5 AM isnt really very late. :P but i do hafta go to bed earlier than pretty much any day i have any sort of plans/responsibilities. which is more often than not, fer better or worse...

but i'm afraid you've only confused me more about my guilt in makin you late! i have a feeling i'm gonna need a mulligan for this one though...
but how about if you two had a stalemate? like a double K.O.? ;)

And yes, if Dawn and I came to a stalemate, such as a double K.O., which meant that I would not be able to make it to work, then it would again, infact, be your fault. It's all quite simple, really. You need to start being more responsible, you know. You can't go through life just dilly-dallying and playing Gin Rummy.

heyyyyy. nice layout. I like it. the only thing that sticks out as a "LJ layout no-no" is the bottom scroll bar. if you fixed that, everything would be a lot more centered as well. then again, this is going by unsaid LJ layout rules, that really aren't even rules... so who cares?

I used to work hard on layouts, but now I'm lazy. oh well.

By the way...

the only thing that sticks out as a "LJ layout no-no" is the bottom scroll bar.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the bottom scroll bar, but if you could tell me what's wrong with it and possibly tell me how to fix it, then I would really appreciate it. Is it because the scroll bar goes over too far? I don't know. Heh.

oh, no. it's just that the bottom scroll bar is there. you know? normally people don't like bottom scroll bars because theyre really not needed and they just take away from the pretty layout.

if you adjust the position of your content tables and the background image, the scroll bar should go away.
