Hi! This is completely unrelated to your wonderful recs, which I've just discovered. I and another lj member have put together a community called Harry Potter Academy Awards 2005, which was inspired by the upcoming awards ceremony in Hollywood.

The purpose of our community is to sort out the best in various mediums of the HP fandom including fic and art of the '05. Submissions are currently open, but will be closed this coming Saturday to determine top nominations. We want our awards ceremony to coincide with the real awards show.

Anyway, long story short - I've noticed that you seem to a have a pulse on what constitutes good fic. Some of your recced stories and authors have been submitted as contenders. If you're interested please visit hposcars
