Since I havent yet been added as a friend I hope you dont mind me posting my reply to your post here...

I was in the exact same situation. It took me 8 months to finally realise that I was wasting my life waiting around for someone that would never give me the love that I had showered him with.
Today I am stronger for it. He calls me sometimes and says he wishes he had what I gave him...he realised what he lost now that hes lost it...And I smile a little bit. I dont know if its because im happy now...or that hes not. I guess that makes me a bad person to be happy that hes not...But the crap he put me though..loving me one week...hating me the next...he deserves his pain.
You will get stronger..it will just take time...This was just a bad hand of cards we were delt. You'll get your winning hand soon enough :)
