I didn't get the job. I got an e-mail Friday, giving me the old "qualifications better match what we were looking for" line. Oh well, I wasn't looking forward to a 45+ minute drive with gas at $3.75 a gallon. Although free tuition would be nice. Sorry to hear that, it would have been pretty interesting. Still, the gas situation leaves a lot to be desired. I'm sort of regretting my car purchase of last year. The drop in gas mileage is starting to ache a little.

ughh major bummer. but yeah...gas is ridiculous. of course - you could always get that scooter! or veggie oil powered motorcycle!

I was actually thinking of getting a motorcycle! Except that I don't have the slightest clue how to operate one. I do work with two motorcyclists, though...

well you'd have to get a motorcycle license..which also requires taking the safety course, which should teach you most of what you need to know! scooters though..so much easier. automatic, so you don't have to worry about shifting gears. well, unless u get a sweet old vespa.
