Thursday I have my second interview with Cleveland State! Now I just gotta get the day off...

Not updated much lately, because... I just haven't. The first anniversary of my dad's death came and went without much fanfare. We just keep on keepin' on. My mom got laid off from her job at Tri-C. Her last day was last Tuesday. She wanted to retire soon anyway, but it still really sucked because she won't get any retirement pay until January. ( Read more... )

Got a call from the Marriott Saturday, but I wasn't home and thus wasn't able to return the call until after 5, and thus got voice mail. Dunno if it was good news, or them telling me they gave it to a Mexican illegal for $2 a hour.

I'm still not getting my hopes up.
