"real" people, yes, that raises a new question doesn't it? And it also leaves many unnecessary loop-holes for people to get away with a lot of nastiness. All I know is that anything that has anything to do with kids having sex for adult entertainment is hella messed. ><

I thought that all kinds of child pornography was illegal? Since when is pictures legal? Even though then I guess grandmas and mums could get fined or whatever for having pictures of thier kids in the tub.

Ah yes- the ever rational LJ Abuse team strikes again.

They let people get away with plotting murder on their LJs, and when they get complaints, they tote that whole "freedom of speech" crap. You can't count on LJ for anything, except for fueling possible future lawsuits when they fail to take action where action is needed.
