The start of this month has turned out to be a lot busier than I would have liked. I promised more LJ updates so here's to hoping I'm able to make time to post at least once or twice a week now ( Read more... )

I really, really hope that TIB comes back online. It was the first forum I ever joined back in 2004, and I made some great friends there; if you need any help, you can always count on me! I wish you luck for the server move and the rest of your busy life. ;)

I'll do my best to restore the forums if enough people are interested. Still, I'm not sure if I can find the original data from TIB. I've switched computers and such twice since then. =/ And I'm not sure how compatible Ikonboard is with PHPBB. But it definitely is on my mind.

It sounds annoying, since you have to migrate ikonboard -> phpbb 2 -> phpbb 3. At least it's possible, which is better than nothing. ;)

Thanks for the link! I'll see if I can make it work. Now I just have to find the backup file for TIB. I hope I can find it, Ketnar.org has been down as of lately. =/
