Weak links, eh?

So now suppose the one who's created such a team... refuses to do such. What does this make him?

As useless as the ones who are weak.

Oh good. At least someone here still talks sense... Perhaps you could show me how you'd handle such a situation.

A team works by putting their strengths together in order to perform together and complete the task. A person can be lazy if they can preform their strength when it's needed to. Usually when it comes down to having to perform an important task, the team snaps out of being 'lazy', and work their hardest. And if not... then the lazy one is usually scolded.

It can still be considered a team, just as long as those who are being lazy still give it their all when the time comes.

So.

What you're saying is... it's okay to be lazy. Now do you say this, because you are one of those lazy members as well?

Of course! Just as long as your team members don't kill you for it, and you put in your worth's when the time comes.

... Is there a problem with that?

When the time comes.

You keep saying that. How do you know when that time has come and gone?

Of course not. You know me better than that. I don't work on teams.

So you say. Though I'm always working. Just because you don't get an update every hour doesn't mean I'm not completing a task.
