This may only matter to me since I work (did work, not sure at this point) in the industry, butEGM goes out of print, Hearst buys 1up network. Print isn't dead, but it has to change- but this change has been a slow painful one, and I don't think it's over yet

holy crap, EGM is the only gaming magazine that I pay attention to because I always thought it had actual substance. or rather, something that I'd read about the game industry anyway. I personally think that the other game magazines are pretty shitty.
