whoops, injury

Strike 1: didn't warm up or stretch really at all during last week's soccer game
Strike 2: didn't ice or take care of the 'soreness' and let it just be annoying all the way into this week
Strike 3: oh, yeah, let's go play tonight on those strained (now pulled) muscles anyways

And of course, it was all so preventable! Time to RICE!
