Paintballing is painful!!!

I went paintballing yesterday for Amy's sister Laura's birthday...I sucked, very badly, I got shot a lot and I don't think managed to shoot anyone else the entire day! Some of the most painful places I got shot were

No but I could probably get some from the chemist on the way home tonight, btw the hot bath really helped my poor stiff muscles! :)
