So last night was interesting in a OMG THAT'S HORRIFIC way...my brother and I had purchased a Christmas tree for the front garden of the house and some extra lights to extend the current ones up, I may post a picture later. But anyway, he was sawing the bottom of the trunk so it would go into the stand and he SAWED INTO HIS HAND. It was disgusting

I know! You have your broken flat, I have my broken family, we all need taking back for replacement but I'm sure we've lost our receipts.

Bank is mostly sorted, they believed me about not giving french people £500 and it should be back in my account by Thursday, Friday at the latest, which is good because I have an outstanding bill which I doubt will wait any longer! I'm sick of the Halifax and their slow ways so I've opened up a HSBC account and my next wages will go in there instead, maybe they'll be as bad but I just had to get away from them. But yes, you would be a lovely break, I was so pissed off I couldn't come down.

Glad they're sorting everything! hsbc isn't that much better, tbh, but their fraud section is pretty good.

I've just sat here going “OW. OW. OWWWWWW”. That sounds so, so painful =( Makes me glad we have a fake plastic crappy tree thing, which me and my Grandma decorated this morning =D

We have a crappy plastic one inside as well because the cats pee up real ones and its more space saving, but we like a real tree so we put it outside and just put fairy lights on it, it usually lasts till about april with our lovely British weather lol.
