I hadn't been planning on commenting on this until it was all up because I wanted to be able to give my overall impressions, but your Jirou is too awesome here for me not to say anything. I love the initial interaction with Atobe especially.

I look forward to the rest of the fic being posted immensely.

Aaaah, thanks so much. Jiroh here can be a tad more fierce than I usually write him, but then again he's never had any cause to be.

I am glad you are enjoying it!

Thank you for commenting :)

"He buys a second futon"
Ahahahaha, now I see what you mean.

"his smile crosses the distance between as sure as if he'd have reached out to take his hand. Or heart, because that's what it feels like most. That's where it hurts most."
I keep coming back to this line--it's strange because I don't think I should like it as much as I do--but every time I reread it, I just. It's so visual; it's a physical and emotional little bundle of a scene, and I want to throw chocolate at it or something.

""Atobe?!" Kite yells. "You're doing the boss?!""
Okay, so I wasn't planning on quoting anymore lines, but I just spewed my water all over the computer monitor. So.

Shishido's inner conflict was conveyed well as expected of your writing. Relatable as as natural as ever. His attachment and predicament is an interesting thing to contemplate. I'd love to hear what your personal thoughts are regarding a hypothetical relationship between an human and a self-aware robot sometime. (if it differs from this fic, I mean ( ... )

I approve of the throwing of chocolate. By all means, don't feel like you have to hold back.

Ask me that question again at the end of the story, and I will answer. I do admit that I usually put a lot of my own emotions into these stories and Shishido has always come easy to me to write, so it will definitely overlap.

The cliffhanger I wanted the most is one you'll be spared of, since I tried to keep it less than seven parts. If it was in my own journal I wouldn't have hesitated to wring maximum torture out of it ;)

I have not succeed in finding a Kite as glorious as yours, but instead I have found tight!super-suit Kite. Because his hair reminds me of Clark Kent.

And just a moment to thank you for your support so far. It means a lot to get feedback on every single chunk, especially when it is thorough like yours. Thank you.

I love reactions like this ♥ I like it when they evoke the need for caps-lock :3

Thank you :)
