Almost A New Year

What exactly is it about the start of a new year that makes you feel like you can get a fresh start at life?? As though you can wipe off the chalkboard and begin again? I guess that's where the whole thing about New Years' resolutions came from, huh?

i'm glad that you had a happy new year. And despite everything there are other Animals who will always care for you, they just might be like a hurt dog and try and bite you when you try to help them. The animal doesn't mean to bark and bite, it's just scared and confused so it goes off what it knows.

Unlike animals people have the ability to make concious decisions. At some point a person has to start acting and stop reacting.
