I got a call today from Xan, Amirah's boyfriend. I'm sorry to say that Amirah is gone. I don't know anything more then that. She was an amazing person and the world is not as bright as it once was. I am posting the memories that people have given me. This is my first way of honoring her memory, by sharing my own memories as well as others. The best

she helped me and jen with jazz combo. i was overly embarassed the whole time tho. i felt kinda bad because i didn't go with it because of my own shape (stupid self), but jen did go on with it. she was an amazing person, but that's the irony of life. Greatness expires but wickedness remains.

Death is not the end, i don't care what people say. Death is just merely the next 4-way intersection of existence taking us to our new location. Maybe heaven, maybe rebirth. who knows.

That's not to say, however, that her loss will not be missed. THat's obviously ludicrous. She was indeed a remarkable person who seemed like if she wanted to try something, she would excel, but not put you down or make you feel inferior. Even people that did not know her that well were still touched by her. HOnestly, i don't think i'll ever be able to get her wonderful voice out of my head either.
