Apparently, I'm at Brenna's beck and call today. She's been asking me for two days to go to dress shopping with her today at 3:30. It's 3:02 and I still haven't gotten any orders about where I'm supposed to be or when. I've called her and texted her. Execution Song
Really confusing and angry day. Found out the research job I wanted can't pay enough for me to stay in Cincinnati. The PI pretty much withdrew his offer when I asked. So I'm pissed. I've got one more offer coming and my application's still in at CCHMC for other research positions. But my chances of staying here are getting slimmer and slimmer.

Not trying to be sad or pathetic by going into much detail here. I haven't heard from Pete in over a week. No fight, nothing bad. We might be testing each other, like always. This is the longest we've gone not speaking to each other since August. I just don't know. -

So I'm calling last year a toss up since the good was very good and bad was horrific. Some highlights of each month since I've been terribly at posting lately.
January:

Short one for self reference. So I'm putting everything behind me. For real this time. I don't know if I want to go to med school. I kind of want to join the Army or the Navy. I just don't want to be that sad person that I've been for the last three years. Too much wasted time. I plan on spending the next year trying to be myself, not who everyone ( Read more... )
