That's not facebook spam. Facebook spam is all those minigame things like someone finding a pink cow on their farm or leveling up in tiny adventures and other bullshit.

If you still don't want to facebook that, then join twitter. It's like mini LJ. :)

Oh each update wouldn't be spam by itself, but six updates in a row or so is excessive and spammish. I like to leave at least a few hours between each update.
