On Guildford Rd in Mount Lawley, I saw a sight that got me thinking. There was a truck parked on the verge outside a big block of flats, possibly a delivery truck. Real estate being a premium in Mount Lawley, the verge isn't very big, so the truck had covered right from the curb up to the fence, including the footpath, in an effort to not be on

Oh, I was thinking more of the situation in general rather than the specific one, as in there is no place for large vehicles to even temporarily park near there without blocking the footpath and/or the road.

I feel somewhat ashamed that I didn't think of the situation itself specifically, now that you mention it. But as my excuse-after-the-fact I was driving on my way to work, late because I couldn't find the cat this morning, and I guess I don't tend to think of police for things like that.
