Classical conditioning is defined in our textbook as "the basic learning process that involves repeatedly pairing a neutral stimulus with a response-producing stimulus until the neutral stimulus elicits the same response". splendid recognition.
I remember when I first started to see myself and others through the eyes of a psychologist. It was disturbing and refreshing simultaneously. I hope to read more instances of insight (or should I say oversight?) from you detailing accounts where control is truly external.

I am also VERY glad to see that you are doing better.
