I had a panic attack today at work. Been a while since I've had one of those, and oh boy oberto it hurt like a bitch. The shallow breathing, uncontrollable shaking, loss of equilibrium, very sharp chest pains, and muscle fatigue. Yea. I even collapsed. Got right back up and went straight to work again. I push myself too hard. Really takes me back

I am almost positive there is medicine for that sort of thing, if not you could try doing yoga or just breathing exercises. I know it sounds lame, but it might help.

I still think you should look into breathing exercises, I have some papers somewhere that have some great ones on it, they really helped me with my stress.
