The phone rings. Kitt has his ways. Also, he's bored too. Even talking to Karr is preferable to watching whatever inanity the television has to offer.

Halfway across the room to the door, Karr stopped and looked back at the phone, toying with the idea of not answering it, since Aly used the comlink, he knew it wasn't her. He sighed and moved back to the desk, picking up the handset.

"Knight."

"Barstow. I simply couldn't bear to spend one more day in this bed without hearing your cheerful chatter on any number of delightful subjects."

Without a word of acknowledgement, Karr dropped the handset back onto it's cradle and headed for the door again.
