Unexpected

Well, out of the blue last week, I got a phone call from a local doctor's office, wanting to know if I wanted to come work for them. Considering I hadn't been looking for another job, I was a bit lost, but it breaks down into:

-30 hr/week for the same I'm making now at 40 hr/week, so a significant pay raise (from 8.25/hr to about 11/hr)
-Paid

The wee suits are SO CUTE!! I'll post pics of Iron Man and Hulk. Sadly, Hulk and Captain America have been discontinued, so I'm nabbing them on Ebay. I was a wee bit late to the Avenger party. XD And I know Hulk's is supposed to be his eyebrows, but they look like happy little chibi eyes, and it messes with me.

I'm hoping this ends well, we'll have to see. *hugs*

*hugs* I hope so. I do find it odd that this job offer comes the same day I mailed my final unemployment repayment check that more or less closes the book on the last 5 hellish years of Wal-Mart and Sarcy. *fingers crossed* Here's hoping, right?
