So yesterday I didn't get to go drag racing :-(. It got rained out. They don't have a rain date either since the drag strip is closing for the year either today or next week. So after being sick for the last week and a half with a bad cold that then turned into Laryngitis I am finally feeling almost back to normal. I can't believe how long it lasted. Not being able to talk well from Thursday until Monday sucked too. Quite a few people have been sick over the last couple of weeks at work so I think I got it from there ( Read more... )

Man this past week has really sucked for me :-(. Work killed me and I also had to work on Saturday 8 hours. I have had bad days before but never a whole week where I was stressed out the entire time. I wish I could have made it to AA Thursday evening and to go see Fearless Friday too. I sure hope this coming week is better ( Read more... )

Boy my fall allergies are killing me this year! It is hitting me harder than the last couple years. The Claritin medicine I usually take isn't strong enough I guess right now. Oh yeah last Wednesday I don't think we decided what is going on for this weeks movie night. I think I may be next on the list for hosting so I can host. However, who is going to pick the movie? Who hasn't picked yet?

Friday night was Erik and Kellie's wedding which was a great time. Seeing all my housemates from UofM was nice. We almost had our own table at the reception also. One of Erik's friends Mike and his wife were also at the table and I felt bad about them being stuck with us.
