So also awhile ago when I found the stack'o laptops, there were 2 iBooks among them (and I needs mention: nothing in the stack had power cords. A Rocketfish multi-tip laptop adapter has worked wonders for most all of them to get tried [but not the 2 macs]). But yeah, if it's a 2003 model iBook, it should be able to run Tiger (10.4), and I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be sold at a cheap price nowadays.
