Anyone looking for a place to stay?

The house two doors down from us just got renovated and is for rent. It is a 4 bed, split level with no garage, and is in a cul-de-sac. The owner told me he is willing to rent it out at $835 a month if he can find a good tenant.

So. Anyone want to be my neighbor?

I might buy it for that. But for rent? That is crazy at that price.
