Update on my mom

So. Got the final word. Mom's right thigh muscle is totally non-responsive. That means that she simply can't stand on her own and she is likely going to be wheelchair bound for several years at best. Life at worst. All in all I suppose that is not too bad. If the back surgery had not been done she could have totally lost both legs or even

I spoke with her yesterday after pt...when was this news given? She said nothing about the total time frame nor about the wheel chair for life? Concerned for my friend.
