Ahhhh actually I think Jun is being realistic about it. He somehow could sense Sho's decision early on and those three days just meant for a closure. The ??? pairing could be the ex-wife perhaps? I don't know, it might be someone else he's hiding haha (okay don't tell me it's Aiba?)
Okay, who's Aiba actually? I'm surprise Jun didn't bring him up even a tiny bit to Sho. Wow Jun was really desperate to protect the happy bubble that could crack anytime isn't it?

This is so crushing, my poor Jun. At the end, when they both confessed, it's so sad. And I could feel Jun's pain so much. It's so real.

As for the mpreg: I would say, if it's your initial plan, go for it. I'm not reading mpreg normally, but I would continue reading this, as I think the story is really interesting and alluring. So, if you want to give it a try, I'd say: Why not? :D
