Jade pressed her foot down harder as she saw the FLAG building hoved into view.
"Ignore it, Fury. It isn't important."
It took only moments to flash her pass at security and blow through the entrance, seeking Echo's position. The familiar e-sig flashed up on Fury's monitor, and Jade swung the bright red Ferrari into a tight turn and cut the engine.
"Keep and eye out, Fury," Jade muttered to her car, "I don't like this one bit."
She opened the door and dived out, not waiting for Fury's acknowledgement as she started walking towards where Echo sat...
Echo's cry of alarm was lost in Fury's snarl of incoherent rage.
"Screw you!" She growled, "Leave her along you prick!"
Dammit dammit dammit. Neither Fury or Echo had MBS.. and a bullet through the hood and into the processor would kill them as easily as a bullet through the brain would kill a human.
The man perched in the tree just smiled at them both. Echo made a keening noise.
"What the hell do you want with us?" Fury shouted, frustration and anger boiling in her circuits, her engine adding it's own unique growl to her words.
He slid smoothly out of the tree, weapon aimed continuously at his target. "You, I want nothing to do with you. The boss's target isn't even her. She is simply a means to an end."
His arrogance was contemptuous as he stalked confidently over to where Jade lay and, not too gently, lifted her up with one arm.
The sound of chopper blades beat the air louder and louder by the moment, and Fury and Echo found themselves to be a target of more than one weapon as the helicopter briefly touched down in front of them to pick up its prey.
Bosco waved merrily at the two cars. "Bit of advice, guys. Buy into some of that super black skin your brother has. Now, he is a challenge, you...simply weak." And he waved a hand in dismissal. "Give my best to Michael Knight."
With a short jump he leapt into the cabin and the chopper lifted off the ground.

Those words could have risen Jade from the dead.
So, she pushed Fury's powerful engine almost as far as it would go. The speedometer was showing a speed approaching 180MPH...
"Jade," Fury's husky voice said, sounding uneasy, "There's a helicopter tracking us."

She paused a moment, fingers going to her neck, and then fell like a puppet with its strings cut.
He lifted the tranq rifle off its resting place, and replaced it with something far more deadly.
"Now my friendly little AIs, I know you can hear me. One wrong move and she dies."
