One pastime that Muraki misses has been spending a Sunday afternoon in Harajuku,
watching the girls there showing off their latest fashion statements. The Gothic Lolita and punk loli-types are his personal favorites, since their looks bring back memories of the year he'd spent in London as an exchange student. He's been known to bring along a small, black leatherette-covered sketchbook and discreetly sketch some of the especially eye-catching (and tempting) ones.
By some strange magic, that sketchbook has turned up and he's sitting in a corner of the main room, flipping through its pages and quietly chuckling over some of the drawings. Most are fairly traditional, realistic images, but some he's executed in a tongue-in-cheek manga style.
He might not notice if an interloper approaches and peers over the arm of his chair...
