not to be a bother, but some random idiot just posted a comments disabled ad for a poetry rating community to literaryquotes. I'm sure you'll see it soon enough, but I thought I'd let you know.

in regards to the above comment. acidgreen_ is not affiliated with poetryslamming and is also not a member. we've recently been flooded with applications as a result of an lj user who serial advertised our community without permission in order to beligerently flood us with applicants.

as harmless and thoughtful as the spam seems, the post is made with spiteful motives.

also notice that acidgreen IS a troll himself, the journal was just made today and is also member of indiefucks where a large majority of the trolls came (though the community's bio states that it doesn't encourage trolling)

please delete/disregard the advertisement

doesn't matter all that much. what matters is that the moderators of that community don't condone this advertisement, oh wise anonymous coward.

Hi, I'm one of the members of greatpoets and we've been having some problems over there with some poetic trolls who haven't deleted their posts and are generally causing trouble... It worries me that you haven't updated your lj but I'm hoping that you still get these replies to your e-mail. Are you still the mod of greatpoets? Or can someone volunteer to take over the community and delete the annoying posts? I'd be willing to offer my services. Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know that I did get your message and I think everything is mostly resolved now.

I just wanted to let you know that I wasn't ignoring you I just didn't happen to be on the computer for a few days while all the drama was going on.
