Oh, it's good to be back. I mean, I'll miss the kittens, and the space, and the quiet - and Kabaji-san, he was really very good to me - but it's nice to be back in my own room, even with the mess.

On that note, Oishi-sama is never, ever, allowed to go without a butler for more than a few days ever again. Or at least not during finals. I spent most of yesterday (once I got back, and the power was on) cleaning the kitchen and main room - doing laundry, dishes, throwing away old food, etc - while he was out at the snowball war. I still need to tackle his desk area but I don't know how he's organized his notes if that can possibly be called organization.

At least the fish got fed while I was gone, for all that the top of their tank was a storage area.

Oishi-sama, I've put your laundry away, and finished the breakfast dishes. Are the things on your desk in any particular order or may I clean that area? Also, I got permission to go down to the town tomorrow morning (they said the road should be just fine by then) to get some supplies for Christmas presents, so I'll be leaving shortly after breakfast for a few hours, if that's alright?

Oishi-sama, with all due respect, next time I get in trouble, or am sick, or am involved in anything that requires my being away for more than a few days - you will be accepting the substitute butler.

Agreed?

Atobe-sama, since I didn't get a chance yesterday, thank you for putting up with me for the past two weeks and I hope I wasn't too much of a bother.

Kabaji-san it was marvelous to work with you, I've learned a lot and with our master's permission I'd love to visit sometimes.

Tezuka-sama, when are you leaving? I'd like to get you your present before you go.

Oh, and who won the snowball war?

oishi-sama, kabaji-san, atobe-sama, private entry, tezuka-sama
