Goodbye Tiffy...

My dog Tiffy died this morning. My dad went to let her out this morning and just found her dead. It was very sudden- she wasn't very old, not yet 13, and wasn't sick. Just yesterday she was running around, barking and playing. We think she may have died in her sleep.

I miss her.

I'm so sorry for you Aarthi. My dog passed away this year too. She was 13, I was surprised she lived that long, anything over 10 is really pretty old. I found it really helped me to try and not think about it and to keep myself busy with friends and stuff that would make me laugh and forget.

Thank you, I appreciate your sentiments. 13 is an old age, we were expecting that her health would decline soon, I guess it is a mixed blessing though that she didn't have any serious health problems before her death. And thank you for the advice as well, it's nice to have friends that can take your mind off the sad things in life that you can't do anything about. *hug*

Thank you for the *hugs*. And yeah, I'm glad she didn't have any pain. My dad said he found her in what looked like sleep.
