Sadly, LJ seems to be petering out. I've been fairly active on Facebook lately, so I guess I should tell my LJ comrades how to find me over there, in case you haven't already.

I'm posting as much as ever, which okay, isn't all that much. But I still vastly prefer LJ for longer posts and photography.

No! I refuse to get a facebook. Their privacy record is hideous. I am sticking to LJ, and it seems to me to be as active as it normally is :-)

FWIW - I have done what I can to disable their nefarious plot - ie: followed the instructions on turning the sharing things off that various knowledgeable friends have been sending around the web...

Unfortunately, the user agreement you agreed to when setting up Facebook allows them to reset your privacy settings when performing "updates" as well as selling your personal information and activities on the web to third parties.

Don't do it. Facebook will own everything about you, permanently. It's an evil, awful corporate mess.
