I'm... Working on it. You make it sound so simple but for me it's been 3,000 years of hate and distrust. It doesn't go away that easy. Nor in a few days.

Ryou's right, Akefia. You gotta learn to trust again. Maybe just talking won't make things better, but it could help a bit. And if you don't feel like talking to the doctor, then maybe Ryou could help you out? You might not want to talk to me, but know that if you ever need to, I'll listen.

I know sometimes we can't just let go of the past, but the thing is to not let the past chain us and keep us from moving to the future.
