BUT BEFORE I TALK ABOUT BRISNOVA, BACKLOG OF COSPLAYS FIRST.

This is back from the SMASH! period lol. Was invited do Morinaga from Koisuru Boukun (a very cute BL series which you should all check out if you haven't already, btw) as well as given the opportunity to reshoot my default Meiko (which I wanted to redo) by the lovely zimiel! \o/ OMG you're coming to Brisbane we must hang out! I didn't think anyone was going to Brisnova in November so was anticipating being bored and awkward the whole time XD.

Nice sensible costumes - this is good because it is going to be insanely hot and humid and the line for Colin Morgan will almost certainly be ridiculous and running outside into the sun. Bring lots of water.

Baww you're too kind to me Sin, thanks <333 Haha no I haven't run out of Meiko to do - if anything, I have too much Meiko to do. It's mostly a coincidence, one never really stops cosplaying Vocaloid xDDD

AHHHH YES WE MUST!!! Considering how little time we got to hang out while you were in Syd >< and LOL no heaps of people are going! Half my Twitter friends list basically decided to go when the guests were announced. XD Will you be free more or less that whole weekend period or will you have work on the Monday? We should grab after-con dinner together or hang out before I fly off. :D

... D8 Wait, running into the sun? Are you serious? The signings in Brisnova take place / go all the way outside?? :( *Doesn't know 'coz no such thing happens in Sydnova*.

XD I see, I guess we'll get twice as much Meiko next year to make up for it? I've been catching up on a lot of Vocaloids vids so I feel better equipped to recognise your amazing cosplays now!

No, I'm free the whole time currently! My current work contract finishes in two days, so I have an endless stretch of glorious free time ahead of me. :) I haven't decided what to cosplay yet, I'll probably just reuse Celty or the one I was wearing at SMASH! since I've never worn those in Brisbane and I'm feeling poor. :P

Serious! If it's anything like the usual April one, the lines are so long they'll eventually make their way outside into the sun. (They take place inside, but there's never enough room, Brisnova is always packed, especially on the Saturday). That's normally the token line for buying autographs, so if you get in early enough on the Friday it might be worth pre-buying those to cut down on line-times.
