Any possible reason why Harry should be sent to the Muggle world to convince Malfoy - who's been living there for a while - to come back?

They need to find Lucius Malfoy to help them solve the mysterious murder. They found Dark Mark on the crime scene. They don't know about Lucius' whereabouts but maybe his son does.

I like Alex's idea a lot. Harry would have to have a compelling reason to go after Draco, I'm thinking, and that fits.

Or maybe...someone has died...Narcissa, Pansy...leaving Draco something valuable/suspicious or whatnot in their will, and Draco is the beneficiary?
