So I noticed the infamous "oh, Brandon" clip I posted went down some time ago. I decided to make a fancy video for it on YouTube instead. If you want to walk down memory lane with Eric and the unnamed caller who wants nothing more than to smoke some weed and lay a track with Brandon,
you're invited to click here.

Also, I noticed there's a question mark after he says they're trying to lay down a track. He probably means they're trying to record a song-- at least, that's how I've heard some musicians I know use that phrase.

I always did wonder though if Eric or someone else is really playing the piano or it's a recording. It sounds so loud that it's nearly busting up the phone's speakers which made me think it's real, but who knows...
Not only did some drunk/high dudes call me, they're drunk/high MUSICIANS

I'm so going to pretend Eric is actually playing the piano because I have this mental image of him playing in an animated way and then saying, "Heh heh, that's right," at his buddy over his shoulder and it gives me much joy
And if the dudes I know are any indication being a musician gives one a significantly higher chance of being drunk/high at any given time, particularly when recording music.

And that's true, I'm mostly just dumbstruck by the sheer luck I had in receiving the message instead of Brandon. I'm glad it came to me, I've taken it upon myself to become its official guardian for the rest of my life
