I SURVIVED ICELAND

Well I planned to write an entry detailing all my exploits in Iceland but it's taking me longer than anticipated to finish it. I'll keep working on it, but I may be without internet soon for an unspecified amount of time. I've been busy the past few weeks preparing for a move. So just in case I don't get to write for awhile, I thought I'd at least ( Read more... )

It works, but it's a pain to navigate! (no 'next' button or similar) I find imgur pretty good for albums but to each their own :)

I love that the Lebowski Bar is a thing. Is the movie overly popular there or something? I wonder if they get many people pissing on the rug xD

Wow I guess they only show the next button on my screen when I'm logged in...that sucks :(

I guess whoever owns the bar is a fan! I don't know how popular the movie is but the bar seemed to be doing well regardless.

Well it turns out you can use the left and right arrows to navigate through the pictures (thanks to onewaystair for letting me know). Hope that works!

It does! I already viewed 'em all anyway though by opening a bajillion tabs :D

I really want to go to that bar. I'd spend my entire visit working the movie into everyday conversation.

"AM I THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE BEING WAITING FOR THE BARTENDER?!"

Great pics! I LOL'd at the Lebowski bar too and the pics of all the street art are really cool.

BTW, to navigate sta.sh easily just use the left/right direction buttons to go back and forth through pix!

Yeah I was mesmerized by the street art as much as the nature, Icelandic people seem really creative in general! I'd like to go back to Reykjavik someday to see more of their culture, like museums and stuff, or just socializing. Very nice people there.

My entertainment at the Lebowski Bar was a drunk American guy going on about ~*The American Dream*~ and shit, I got real embarrassed real fast
