Winter Wishes...

Today I signed Taso and myself up for Winter Wishes. It's a program where you answer disadvantaged childrens' letters for gifts for Christmas. We are going to answer two letters. I saw it on the news this morning and the letters were too cute! We are doing well financially and can spare the $40 to answer a kid's wish for christmas. Each kid is

That's a cool program. We do something sorta similar (a bit less specific unfortunately) at our office. Since the bosses have every gadget known to man we all pull our money together and buy a couple of carts full of toys for the Toys for Tots program and donate in their names. We give them a card with a photo of the gifts being dropped off at the station. Last year Jeni and I were supposed to buy a cow for a third world family but were pretty bummed that we couldn't afford one. Maybe we should shoot a little lower and aim for a goat :)
