I'm mostly curious about why Sailor Rabbit Venus got the northern wind. (I would have figured ice-using Mercury.)

Because she's the daughter of Kunzite, who I gave the name to. I based it off the original concept of the Four Heavenly Kings, Buddhism gods. Tamonten is the King of the North and the most powerful of the four, so I gave Kunzite the greek name for the North Wind. That make sense?
