I initially decided to stay here to finish up my degree... but my professor suggested and encouraged Gallaudet University's Linguistics program (in Washington DC), telling me I wouldn't learn much that I didn't already know from the programs here ( Read more... )

I say if your professors have confidence in you then that is something to be damn proud of, considering how hardcore that particular program pushes to be.

I'm proud of you and I know you can do it :)

TY :) I looked into schools in FL in addition to Gally after you posted the roommate ad on myspace... I completely thought we'd make awesome roomies... but alas no fab linguistic departments thata way :)

Well, I am a pretty fabulous roomie, lol. I bet we probably would have done pretty well... too bad... although you could always change your major ;) Haha, good luck again and I can't wait to hear how it goes!
