Ok, so if the parents all love you, what is the hindrance stopping you from opening your own daycare? You know how to do it. You are all qualified and stuff. so...?

State regs and money. The real reason for the closure is that none of our parents are actually paying what they should be. Also, I'd need somewhere to do it. Those are just a few of the obstacles.
