A new Mac sounds lovely, new and unblemished computers have a certain something to them, just waiting to be filled up with thoughts and music and pictures.

My Mac isn't new per se, as I bought it a couple of years ago. But I've not been able to play with it since I've been gone for so long, and I've never been able to have it online where I live before. So that part is fun and new! Maybe I can finally figure out how to burn DVDs (I have about 9 tapes filled with stuff, just waiting to be edited and burned).
You can feel free to comment about America to me. It's nice to hear perspectives from other places. :) I love America, I really do, and I want to have children here, but I hate that we can't seem to get our shit together! It's frustrating, but as with feminism and animal rights, we just have to keep fighting the good fight. ;)
