I agree 100%. There's something to be said for heathly incentives...better ingredients, smaller food stuffs, etc..even tax breaks for healthy activities! Don't shame and punish those who aren't "BMI compatable". BMI is a guideline, really they should be monitoring body fat percentages...The BMI does not take into consideration muscle mass, skeletal frame (some of us really are large boned!) etc. When I go to curves,they weigh and measure us, then they do some calculations to see what's muscle, fat, and others..Loosing weight doesn't always mean a decrease in fat mass/body fat.
