... people nowadays. What would you do if you had an issue with someone; would you never confront them?

Would you rant and never speak to the actual person? Let it go? Do you honestly think talking to someone won't resolve an issue? Maybe not, but doesn't hurt to try.

If one was mature enough and wise enough, then speaking to the other person should not be an issue correct?

When I have an issue, as you have seen in the past, I would confront the person because if you bitch and complain to other people, the person you are complaining about will only hear the most horrific side of the story and not what you are actually trying to get across.

I totally agree with you, unfortunately this person has an issue with coming to me but has the nerve to complain to my husband.
