Vol. 2 Pietism, Orthodoxy, and Evangelicalism

Personally, I am still looking for a balance of orthodoxy and evangelicalism (not that evangelicals are heretics- though some are). Orthodox/high church worship can almost begin to turn to itself- the tradition and ceremony becomes as important as the object of worship; and it seems to me, from the Gospels, that more ritualism is not what Christ ( Read more... )

I'd be very interested in hearing that. You sort of touched on it in casual_order, but .... I guess I'd be interested to hear something of your personal testimony, the circumstances of your accepting Christ, what led you there, what caused you to accept.

Not to pry, of course. As you feel comfortable with it.
