Yeah I saw it last night, most excellently done I thought. The one scene where Del Toro REALLY looked like Chaney was on the carriage ride in. Beyond that he just looked really... really tired through the whole film (before and after his change). And Anthony Hopkins was most excellent, really got to portray the monster like the one he was born into recognition for didn't he? And the whole film kind of mixed up the horror and humor in such a dark light it was hard not to keep looking at the screen even during those 'JOLT' moments.

A testament to one of the cornerstone Blockbusters of Universal if I do say so myself.

Yeah that was a good scene for the intro but otherwise I do agree Del Toro looked very tired though out the film. I was trying to avoid giving away Anthony's role in the film but he does to do a good job. The film overall was very enjoyable and very nicely done.
