In Celebration

For those of you going to 'In Celebration', I went last night, and O came out for photos and to sign autographs at the end of the show. If you're quick off the mark, go to the stage door at the side of the theatre. He went back inside afterwards so maybe if you're patient he'll come back out to leave once the crowds have gone.

thanks for that, I'd seen some stage door pics of him signing from the first couple of nights. How was the play? I'm seeing it today :D

I really enjoyed it even though Orlando wasn't in heart throb mode. He was playing a character (a quiet one) very different to how we know him - but I guess that's called acting.

If I didn't know the era fairly well along with 1960 theatre, I would have to say that the end didn't really deliver the message of the whole play, but of course there's lots of time before the press opening. There's a very good background to the play in the programme called Onwards and Upwards.

Enjoy yourself tonight. And where did you find the stagedoor pics?

The 1960's, side parting (hair), moustache, brown cardigan with suede front, isn't necessarily what we all wanted to see, and to be honest the play was a bit dated.

I love theatre, and was so involved, I only looked at ( ogled O, he was 10 ft away! )when he spoke, so perhaps his prescence wasn't that imposing. Maybe you didn't miss that much.

Still, the boy did well, and I wouldn't have missed it for the World.
